Have you ever wondered why your recorder consort isn't absolutely together? CHECK you are all using the SAME ARTICULATION. I recommend in my 'IMPROVE YOUR RECORDER TECHNIQUE BOOKLETS NO.1: RECORDER TECHNIQUE FROM SINGING - BREATHING & BASIC ARTICULATION' the following articulations, which, if you all use, will make your ensemble much tighter and cleaner:
Doo - normal articulation Too - accented note Di - staccato note Ti - accented staccato note

Emma - I have enjoyed your double tonguing challenge and am a singer. So, I tried to order the booklet on recorder technique from singing. But - the website says: cannot ship to this address.

Emma, I am a recorder player, and live in Greenland, NH. What level player are you? We couldn't do anything now:( but maybe after this is all over we could play together. ~Susan
